REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE

FOR ALL CANADIAN ORDERS

For any return or exchange, you can click HERE and follow the steps. Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping label by email to return the desired items.

For a return, upon receipt of your package, your refund will be made within 3-5 business days and $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the cost of the return.

If you wish to size EXCHANGE, they are FREE. You can select the new desired size directly in your return request and upon receipt of your package, we will send you your exchange item free of charge. You will receive a confirmation email at this time.

If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, once your return request has been completed, simply send us an email indicating the item you wish to receive in exchange and upon receipt of your package, we will send it to you for free. If there is a balance to pay (if your item is more expensive than the one returned), you will receive an invoice to pay.

If you wish to make an exchange, please send us an email indicating the item you wish to receive in exchange and upon receipt of your package, we will send it to you for free. If there is a balance to pay (if your item is more expensive than the one returned), you will receive an invoice to pay.
