DELIVERY & RETURNS
For all orders in Canada, once the order is completed and paid on our online store, it will be processed within 2-4 business days. When ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to Canada Post and the parcel will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We ship everywhere in Canada.
Order tracking: Once your order has been processed (it takes between 2-4 business days to process an order), you will receive a confirmation email including a link to Canada Post and your parcel will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery rates are set at $10 for orders anywhere in Canada. Delivery is FREE in Canada for all orders of $100 and more.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the end of the order for orders outside of Canada.
Please note that all international packages are subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.Availability of articles
We do our best to keep our online inventory updated, but sometimes an article which you ordered can be out of stock. We shall contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items using only by Canada Post postal service while respecting the following conditions:Return period
Refund or exchange of items within 20 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase is required: please include your order confirmation's email in your package. Refunds are provided in consideration of original method of payment. Hair Scrunchies and hats are final sales and can't be returned. Sales items, presale orders and orders placed using a discount code or placed during a promotion are eligible for a store credit only. Upon receipt of returned products, refunds will be issued to the credit card charged by Essentiels Co. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. For any return, please follow these steps:
The returns must be sent prepaid and with Canada Post only, otherwise your parcel won't be accepted to our post office box. Please include a note explaining the reason of your return. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the bad address.

Essentiels Co will pay off the customers with the same used method of payment used during the original purchase. The returns are made from the reception of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or return will be made.
We beware the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not answer our politics of return.
In the case of a delivery or shipment, the original delivery fees are not refundable.Original condition required
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off the garment.

Tracking my return
We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.Proof of purchase

Essentiels Co will incur delivery fees in cases where the products you have ordered are delivered damaged, defective or with error. In all other cases, you are responsible for any fees related to the shipping, handling and packaging necessary to return an item.
Order changes & cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Holiday return policy
Items purchased between December 1st and December 24th can be refunded or exchanged up until January 8th. Products must comply to all other conditions of return. Items purchased on sale are eligible for a store credit only.
