Returns & Exchanges

Return period

Refund or exchange of items within 20 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase is required: please include your order confirmation's email in your package. Refunds are provided in consideration of original method of payment.

Regular price items return policy

For any CANADIAN return or exchange, you can click HERE and follow the steps. Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping label by email to return the desired items. Upon receipt of your package, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges are free of charge and we will pay shipping costs to return the exchange item to you.

For any refund$7 will be deducted from the amount refunded to cover return shipping costs. Upon receipt of returned products, refunds will be issued to the credit card charged by Essentiels Co. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return will be made. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. We beware the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not answer our politics of return.

Sale items return policy

Discount less than 40%

Sale items reduced by less than 40% & orders placed using a discount code or placed during a promotion are eligible for an exchange or a store credit only

Discounted items by 40% are eligible for an exchange or a store credit only and the shipping costs to return the items are not covered. You must return your package to the address below using Canada Post:

Hair accessories & hats are FINAL SALES and can't be returned.

Original condition required

Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off the garment.

We beware the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not answer our politics of return. If you are uncertain about the condition of the item you would like to return, please contact us at info@essentielsmtl.com as soon as possible.

Tracking my return

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.

Proof of purchase

Valid proofs of purchase include order confirmation's emails. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@essentielsmtl.com with any concerns or in regards to any special circumstances.

Customer responsibility

Essentiels Co will incur delivery fees in cases where the products you have ordered are delivered damaged, defective or with error. In all other cases, you are responsible for any fees related to the shipping, handling and packaging necessary to return an item.



Order changes & cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting us at info@essentielsmtl.com. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. 

Holiday return policy

Items purchased between December 1st and December 24th can be refunded or exchanged up until January 8th. Products must comply to all other conditions of return. Items purchased on sale are eligible for a store credit only.
