Tell us a little about yourself. What are some essentials your loved ones would share with us about you?

I grew up by the sea in a small village in the Gaspé Peninsula.
I was a tomboy who loved to go fishing with my father or ride my bike with a mitt in hand to play baseball until the sun went down.

I would describe myself as a Neapolitan ice cream; a mixture of humor, character and sensitivity.

I was a naval mechanic for the Navy from 2011 to 2016 and since then I have been a pathology technologist at Maisonneuve Rosemont Hospital. It's a job that fills me with gratitude and reminds me every day of the privilege of aging well.

At the same time, I have been on social networks for about 4 years.
I humbly share my daily life and talk about motherhood.

Becoming a mom is a second birth. It teaches us to prioritize things, let go and love unconditionally.

In the same vein, I recently founded the JE SUIS ELLES movement which promotes female body diversity and acceptance of difference.
When you shop for clothes, what do you base your choices on?

In terms of consumption, I would say that my relationship with clothes has changed a lot over the years. I now focus on provenance, durability and the ability to stand the test of time.
What do you love about Essentiels Co? What are your 3 favorite pieces from the spring/summer collection?

What I love about Essentiels Co is that they're elegant, timeless pieces from here that align with my values.

My favorite pieces from the spring/summer collection are definitely the mom/baby twinning set and the floral Jess dress! They're classics!
